Welcome to MedGPT. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MedGPT mobile application (the "App") and website at medgptai.droploop.in (the "Site"), operated by PureScan AI ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using MedGPT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MedGPT.

  • The AI does not have access to your complete medical history
  • Results may vary and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions

The articles, blog posts, and other educational materials provided on the MedGPT Site are for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date health information, medical knowledge evolves rapidly, and our content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • PureScan AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service
  • PureScan AI is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on MedGPT's AI-generated information
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureScan AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of MedGPT or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MedGPT immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
